Cancellation Policies

1. Thank you for choosing Barrie First Aid and CPR Training. Our refund policy for any of our public courses is that we will issue a full refund if you cancel more than 7 Days in advance. If you are unable to attend one of our public courses after booking yourself in, we will not be able to issue a refund if it is cancelled 7 days or less before the date of the course. Special circumstances may apply for Covid-19 reasons. 

2. If you wish to move from one course date to another and provide us more than 7 days notice we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. We are under no obligation no transfer your registration from one course to the other and if we cannot, we will not be able to issue a refund as per our refund policy.

1. To receive a full refund, we must have 7 days notice prior to the start of a course. 

2. If less than 7 days notice is given we will not be able to refund the cost of the course.

3. We will make every attempt to work with your company to change the date of the course, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
